About
I coach because I love helping people reconnect with the wisdom of their bodies, the clarity of their minds, and the power of their stories. Whether you're facing a physical challenge, a life transition, or a quiet inner shift, I’m here to support your journey toward greater well-being, resilience, and meaning.
My approach is rooted in self-inquiry and enriched by years of real-world experience. I draw from sports and health science, mindfulness and consciousness studies, Eastern and Western mysticism, and the neuroscience of mindset and self-compassion.
I believe that when we align body, mind, and spirit, we unlock our deepest capacity for healing, growth, and joy.
Experiences I Bring to Coaching

Endurance Athlete & Coach
For more than 25 years, I’ve been a competitive ultra-endurance athlete—an ultrarunner, Ironman triathlete, and long-distance, self-supported bikepacker. Starting in my 40s, I raced over 20,000 miles by bike, including three cross-country races. This physical discipline taught me the art of perseverance, patience, and listening to the body’s wisdom.

Breast Cancer Adventurer
In 2025, I was diagnosed with breast cancer and underwent a double mastectomy, without reconstruction. This experience has woken me up to my own life —and deepened my compassion, curiosity, and commitment to supporting others through illness and recovery. I know what it’s like to feel blindsided by your body. But I’m also learning what it means to come home to it again.

End-of-Life Doula & Storyteller
I trained with INELDA as an end-of-life doula to explore my own relationship with mortality. In the process, I found my most profound teachers in those preparing to leave this world. As a natural storyteller and hospice volunteer, I help others reflect on their lives, express their legacy, and make meaning in their final chapter. This work continues to shape everything I do.
Mindfulness &
Meditation Teacher

With years of dedicated practice—including silent retreats and study in Buddhism, Christianity, and modern mysticism—I’ve found that contemplative practices are a powerful foundation for transformation. I’m trained through Mindful Schools to bring mindfulness into educational settings, and I weave these practices into my coaching to help people build emotional resilience and inner stillness.
Writer, Advocate &
Global Connector

For more than two decades, I’ve worked at the intersection of communication and social impact—from peacebuilding in Cyprus to health storytelling in Malawi, and policy advocacy in Washington, DC. I’m also deeply engaged in local equity and housing work in my home of Salida, Colorado, where I co-founded the Community Equity Coalition and serve on multiple boards and committees.
